We work with suppliers around the world and specially in the United States to source high-quality products. Our suppliers typically ship items within one to three days of receiving an order. From that point, it takes 4-7 days for U.S. and Canada customers ; and 10-16 days for other customers around the world.
As soon as your product ships, you’ll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of receiving the order. Please note that monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return. Item must be in new condition with tag and original packing slip for return. Item must be shipped back in 7 business days once the RMA approval has been processed Please note : We do not provide return label for refunds or exchange. The only time we will provide return label is when we shipped a wrong item. Thank you. If you have received a damaged item, please notify us within 2 days in order for an eligible exchange
